VILLA 1 - Vivenda Summertime - This exclusive, private villa is ideally situated in a quiet countryside location, and yet it is less than a mile from the pretty, southern Algarve village of Carvoeiro. Located at the end of a dusty track, just a hundred metres or so from a quiet back road, the villa has views over rolling countryside towards the Monchique hills. Vivenda Summertime is a beautifully appointed villa with a walled garden of mature palms, tropical plants and native trees. The secluded position offers privacy and tranquillity, and promises a truly relaxed environment for large families and intimate groups of friends.

The spacious villa sleeps twelve, in five en suite bedrooms, one double, two twins and two triples. There are beautiful gardens of around 3600 M2 surrounding the house, and a full size, all weather tennis court.

Internally the villa has been completely remodelled and newly furnished for the 2005 season. The large, 55M2, living room has three large sofas and will comfortably seat twelve guests. Sliding doors lead from the living room and two bedrooms open onto the pool terrace. The large kitchen/dining room which has been completely refitted in 2005, has a dining table that seats twelve, and is fully equipped with quality appliances and large range style cooker. The five bath or shower rooms, and all furniture, fittings and decoration were all new in 2005.

VILLA 3 - Rio Arade Algarve Accommodation is an 18th century Algarvian Manor House, lovingly restored and transformed into a charming guesthouse providing modern comforts and personal service.

Set in the quaint fishing village of Mexilhoeira da Carregação (pronounced Misha loo eire da Carrig a sow) the Rio Arade Manor House is just 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Nearby there are many splendid beaches and you can choose from ten excellent Golf Courses within a 20Km radius.

Luxury 2 bed apartment. Exclusive private spa resort - A truly luxurious and spacious apartment at the exclusive 'Boca do Rio' resort. The apartment has two ensuite bedrooms, a large fully fitted kitchen and a very large beautifully furnished living and dining room. There is a balcony with views across the hills from the lving room. A private roof terrace with views across the estuary and towards the Monchique mountains is available exclusively for clients use.
